Introduction

This manual is written for delivery providers using the Muvx platform.
The panel is designed to help logistics partners manage daily operations, track shipments, and maintain integrations with their Merchants.

Merchants Panel Manual

Merchants create and submit orders through Muvx, while delivery providers are responsible for fulfilling those orders and updating their status in the system.

Within this panel, delivery providers can:

  • View overall performance and order metrics at a glance
  • Manage active connections with Merchants
  • Track shipments across their entire lifecycle
  • Review API requests and debug integration issues
  • Configure authentication and account settings

The following sections explain each part of the panel in detail and how it supports the provider’s role in the Muvx ecosystem.

Dashboard

The dashboard provides delivery providers with a quick snapshot of their operations right after logging in.
It combines key performance metrics, connection status, and error monitoring in one place.

  • KPI Cards display the total number of:
Created Orders, Accepted Orders, Picked-up Orders, Delivered Orders
These counters give an overview of how many shipments are in each stage of the delivery lifecycle.

  • Active Connections shows the list of connected Merchants and their current status.
Selecting View All takes you to the full list in the Connections section.

  • Integration Error Logs highlight the most recent errors that occurred during API communication.
Each record includes: Company, Order ID, API Name, Status Code, Timestamp.
Selecting View All opens the complete log history in the API Logs section.

This page is designed to help providers monitor performance at a glance and quickly identify if action is needed on shipments or integrations.
