Partnership Requests
Guidelines for Merchants on how to manage partnership requests from delivery providers.
The Partnership Requests page shows all connection requests sent to you by delivery providers.
Once you accept a request, the delivery provider will be linked to your Source.
You can filter requests by:
All, Approved, Rejected, Pending
Each row in the list includes:
Company Name, Request Sent On, Status, Last Status Update, Action
From here you can:
- Review partnership requests from delivery companies
- Contact the provider directly to negotiate and finalize a contract
- Approve or reject requests based on your agreement with the provider
Important
Muvx acts only as an integration layer.
All contracts and agreements with delivery providers must be handled directly between you and them.
